Pro Bono Fire Survivor Volunteer Training Webinar

Join us this Friday for a free volunteer training webinar led by Amy Bach, Esq., Executive Director of United Policyholders.

This session is designed to prepare CFP® volunteers for our Saturday, June 27th Pro Bono Financial Planning Clinic for Palisades fire survivors — but it's open to any FPA of LA member who wants to learn more about supporting our LA fire impacted community.

What we'll cover:

• Settling the dwelling claim — what insurers owe and how to verify it
• ACV vs. RCV and how to unlock full replacement cost
• Common errors in insurer estimates and how to close the gap
• SBA disaster loans and other funding sources
• Palisades-specific issues: Coastal Commission, lot values, smoke damage
• Running an effective pro bono session

No prior fire recovery experience required. This session will be recorded and shared with registrants and volunteers.
