Applied Behavioral Finance with Coaching Applications

Up to now, most discussion on the topic of behavioral finance has been theoretical.  This presentation will move from theory to practical application in a planner’s business.  Attendees will learn how emotions and cognitive shortcuts encourage investors to act contrary to their long-term goals, and what specific actions they can take.  A few “coaching” principles will be taught with examples from the COVID crisis of 2020.
